Who we are
CreditCares is a private loan consultancy and Direct Selling Agent (DSA). We are not a bank, NBFC or government body, and we are not affiliated with the Government of India or any of its schemes. We assist businesses with loan eligibility assessment, documentation and coordination with lending institutions.
No guarantee of approval
Loan sanction, amount, interest rate and terms are at the sole discretion of the respective bank or NBFC. CreditCares does not guarantee loan approval and does not charge any fee for sanction guarantee. Any indicative rates, LTVs or timelines on this website are representative and subject to change by lenders.
Use of this website
Content on this website is provided for general information about loan products and government schemes. It does not constitute financial, legal or tax advice. Please verify all government scheme details on the relevant official portals before applying, and consult your own advisors for decisions.
Accuracy of information you provide
You agree to provide true, complete and current information in any enquiry or application. Providing false or misleading information to lenders is an offence and will result in termination of our services.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
